Return Policy and Shipping Fees

RETURN POLICY 

We accept returns of items purchased on otgessentials.com within 5 days upon delivery. 

Returns will be subject to a $5 restocking fee on instick items and $15 restocking fee on pre-order items which will be deducted from your refund.  Please email customer service to confirm the return, and send tracking information.

Items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags attached

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 10 business days of receipt at the U.S. Distribution Center. 

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Note that refunds can take up to 3-7 business days dependent on you right banking institution.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

As of June 29, 2020 we no longer offer exchanges upon receipt of your order we will email you an issue a store credit that’s you can use at your leisure.  Your store credit will be issue on a Gift Card that will not expire. We only give store credit on items if they are not defective or damaged. Only exception to exchanges will be to exchange item for the same item. Approved Exchanges may take 7 to 10 business days to ship. Please note: All products must be returned in their original condition, with tags still attached. SHIPPING FEES

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We will refund only shipping charges if we are responsible for sending the wrong item or the item sent was defective. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange. The value is determined by the last retail price on the item.

Please use the most economical shipping method for your return. Due to security constraints, we cannot reimburse you for an amount greater than your purchase amount. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
